Company History:

Stark Management Services was founded in 1968 by Tom Schervish as a payroll and bookkeeping firm to help streamline his Burger King Restaurant operations. Tom felt strongly that alleviating his restaurants' management teams from the time consuming tasks associated with payroll and bookkeeping that they would do a better job serving their customers and focus on building great teams of employees.

At one time Stark Management was a service bureau providing all payroll checks, payroll tax filings, accounts payable lists, general ledgers and monthly financial statements for over thirty (30) Burger King Restaurants. Over the years many different types of accounts have been added as our expertise grew. Today Stark Management's clientele included a variety of fields such as doctors offices, manufacturing, recreation, auto service, restaurants, ice cream parlors and non-profits.

We have several satisfied customers that happily offer referrals - just ask them (a list is provided in the Client Testimonials section of the website). Recently Tom Schervish, II was promoted to President of the company while Tom Schervish, Sr. remains very active in the business as Chairman.
